No search can be successfully completed without a thorough understanding of the client, their market, philosophy, plans and their own unique culture. Our consultants will first work with you to identify the key elements of the position, the main inter company interfaces and external contacts. From this exercise a candidate profile will be prepared and be agreed as the basis for the search plan.
Identify and Assess Candidates
Within our chosen markets we already have a good understanding of the main companies and individuals. A list of potential target companies, positions and candidates will be prepared and agreed. The search will now begin and candidates assessed against the agreed criteria. Throughout this period regular feedback and reporting will continually validate these criteria. Appropriate candidates will be interviewed, assessed and briefed before being presented in a shortlist for client review.
Assignment completion
Our consultants will remain part of the process until the chosen candidate joins a client. As we guarantee our search candidates, we also regularly follow up to ensure everything is going smoothly. In the unlikely event of a problem we will remain committed to its resolution and our clients’ satisfaction.
