Procedural Formalities

(In the recruitment for Gulf countries)

Once our clients have decided to get the requisite staff through us, the following documentation formalities are to be completed / followed at their end.

Demand Letter
This is to be typed on the company letterhead listing categories and number of staff required, salary and other employment terms & conditions being offered. The demand letter is to be duly signed by the respective Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of employment.

Power of Attorney
A power of attorney is to be issued in the name of Habsons Jobsup Ltd. to enable them to advertise, interview and pre-select prospective candidates.

Consul Letter
A Consul letter is to be given addressing to Embassy in New Delhi or Consulate in Mumbai, authorizing Habsons Jobsup Ltd. for visa processing and stamping etc.
